Job summary

JPI Employment Services, LLC is seeking a skilled construction manager in Town of Texas, Wisconsin, to oversee multi-family construction projects. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate project documentation, mentoring staff, and coordinating between subcontractors and project managers.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in construction management or has relevant experience. Benefits include a competitive bonus program, 4 weeks of PTO, and comprehensive health insurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Manager of multi‑family construction.
• Preference for five years of experience in the construction industry and three years of multi‑family field experience.
• Prior experience or willingness to learn scheduling software, such as P6.

Responsibilities

• Act as a representative and advocate of JPI’s Culture and Guiding Principles.
• Ensure Project Documentation is accurate, up‑to‑date, and addressed in a timely manner.
• Qualify and create subcontractor change order requests for subcontractors assigned by the Project Manager.
