Job summary

Cape Fox Corporation, Mountain Point subsidiary, is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support day-to-day construction management on U.S. Government contracts at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station.

You will assist in planning, scheduling, coordinating with subs, and maintaining client communications. The role requires strong organization, budgeting, safety compliance, and the ability to work with minimal supervision under tight schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering.
• Professional registration in engineering or related field is desired.
• Minimum experience on construction projects; knowledge of EM 385-1-1 is noted in responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Project Manager and coordinate with Superintendents on contract documents.
• Analyze blueprints and technical documents to ensure project accuracy.
• Develop project schedules based on estimated hours, tasks, milestones, and resources.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and schedules for assigned projects.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for submittals and approvals.
• Manage RFI process and coordinate procurement activities for projects.
• Coordinate project closeouts, O&M manuals, and warranties as required.
