Job summary

Performance Contracting is seeking a Project Assistant for its PCI Las Vegas 558 operations based in Las Vegas, NV. You will support project teams by entering data in Excel and Bluebeam, managing punch lists, and assisting with RFIs, submittals, and labor control.

Candidates pursuing a degree in Construction Management or a related field, with proficiency in MS Office, the ability to read specifications and drawings, and strong communication skills, are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recent graduate in Construction Management, Construction Science, or similar field.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word).
• Ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Ability to multitask and follow directions from multiple sources.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Input project information into Excel and Bluebeam.
• Create and manage punch lists for the project.
• Assist with RFIs and submittals preparation.
• Assist with labor control on the project.
• Assist in quantity take-offs for material ordering.
• Maintain accurate and timely project documentation and correspondence.
• Track and value material handling costs.
