Job summary

JLM Strategic Talent Partners in Costa Mesa, California is looking for an Accounting support professional. The successful candidate will prepare invoices, process payments, and assist the Accounting Supervisor in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit customer invoices.
• Post invoices in accounting system.
• Research and solve payment discrepancies.

• Maintain financial security by following internal controls.
• Process weekly accounts payable payments.
• Check, verify and enter invoices for payment.
• Analyze discrepancies and unpaid invoices.
• Provide administrative support for the Accounting Supervisor.

• Collect, confirm, and process timesheets.
• Provide administrative support for the Accounting Supervisor.
• Find and use accounting data to resolve accounting problems and discrepancies.
• Perform filing and general administrative tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
