Job summary

Stevens Engineers & Constructors is seeking an experienced Construction Project Administrator to join our Cleveland Operations Team. This role supports day-to-day construction operations, including project documentation, union payroll, RFIs, submittals, change orders, reporting, and administrative coordination.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and have prior experience supporting construction projects.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Project Managers and construction teams.
• Proficiency with Viewpoint construction management software or ability to learn quickly.
• Strong organizational, data analysis, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the Project Manager and Project Team.
• Assist in the preparation of the weekly union payroll.
• Order office supplies for the project site.
• Set up and maintain both electronic and hard copy files.
• Track change orders, RFIs and submittal packages.
• Prepare correspondence, presentations, documents and reports.
• Perform reporting for the Project Team on various cadences.
• Handle requests for information and documents as required.
• Assist with special projects and other project-related responsibilities.
