Qualifications

• 10 years of formal accounting experience or construction industry accounting exposure.
• Experience with job costing and WIP reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP software.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project costs and analyze job profitability.
• Assist with WIP reporting and job cost analysis.
• Monitor and analyze project labor, including hours and variances.
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Assist month-end close and financial reporting.
• Support A/P, A/R, and GL activities as needed.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and finance team to support decisions.
