Job summary

You will monitor budgets, track costs, and assist with financial analysis for informed decision-making, contributing to routine close activities and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, a related field, or equivalent experience preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in project accounting, financial management, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Processes project-related owner invoices and reviews project costs, ensuring timely, accurate financial transactions
• Maintains detailed project financial records, including budgets, costs and billings per instructions
• Prepares routine and non-routine financial reports and assists with variance analysis
• Collaborates with project teams to resolve standard accounting questions and discrepancies
• Ensures compliance with internal policies and procedures in all project financial activities
• Supports month-end and year-end close activities and process improvements
