You will ensure accurate job costing, vendor invoicing, and monthly close activities while collaborating with project teams and leadership.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of construction/project accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with JD Edwards and/or Procore is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close with selected journal entries and monthly management reports.
• Serve as financial liaison to project teams and reconcile job cost data.
• Process and approve prime contracts and change orders in Procore.
