Job summary

ARCO a Family of Construction Companies in Dallas, TX is seeking an Accounting Professional to join a dynamic, collaborative team. You will handle project billing, overhead and job-cost invoices, lien waivers, and monthly close processes, working closely with Project Managers and subcontractors to ensure timely, accurate financials.

The role requires high school diploma and 5–15 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 5-15 years of accounting experience preferred; construction accounting experience a plus.
• Subcontractor experience preferred.
• Viewpoint software experience preferred.
• Textura and Title Company experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Project Managers to prepare billings to owners.
• Process all overhead and job cost invoices throughout the month.
• Work with vendors and subcontractors on billing and payments.
