Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting, with exposure to project accounting preferred.
• Familiarity with the project structure in a General Contractor/Subcontractor environment is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain project in ERP system, ensuring adherence to contractual requirements.
• Conduct monthly WIP reviews to analyze project profitability.
• Issue and manage subcontractor documentation.
• Compile and submit monthly project billings.
