Qualifications

• 4–6 years of construction accounting experience, including project-based cost tracking.
• Experience with AIA Billing, Job Costing, and Lien Releases required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze job cost reports and project budgets.
• Prepare and review AIA billings and monitor retainage.
• Lead month-end project reconciliations and prepare journal entries.
• Partner with Project Managers to monitor job progress.
