Speedwell Construction, Inc. is seeking a Project Accountant to oversee project finances, support accurate billing and reporting, and partner with Project Managers. This role offers exposure to our project-based accounting processes and a path to broaden your accounting toolkit.

The position is full-time and office-based with a Monday–Friday schedule. No prior construction accounting is required as training will be provided, and you will learn Trimble Viewpoint Vista and Speedwell’s processes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Two or more years of general accounting experience.
• Experience with reconciliations, adjusting entries, financial reporting, invoicing, accounts receivable, or collections.
• Ability to analyze budget differences, resolve discrepancies, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines.
• Strong Excel, communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare monthly customer invoices and follow up on unpaid balances.
• Track project costs, compare results with budgets, and help maintain completion forecasts.
• Review contracts, supplier invoices, purchase orders, payment documents, and approved changes.
• Support month-end accounting, revenue reporting, cash forecasting, and financial reviews.
• Maintain accurate project records and serve as an accounting resource for Project Managers.
