Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of project accounting experience in construction.
• Experience with multi-project environments and tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel for cost reporting.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain project budgets and cost codes.
• Monitor costs, commitments, change orders, and profitability.
• Prepare progress billings and change order billings.
• Support revenue recognition and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly project cost reports and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and labor/tax regulations.
