Job summary

Pathway Talent Partners, LLC is seeking a Construction Project Accountant for a Denver, CO-based, full-time role. You will manage project budgets, track costs, prepare invoices, and analyze variances to ensure profitability and financial stability across construction initiatives.

The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of construction accounting and experience with Viewpoint, Procore, or Sage, supporting project teams and executives in financial decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction accounting and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with Viewpoint, Procore, or Sage.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting and cost tracking for each project, aligning with financial goals.
• Review and manage project costs: labor, materials, subcontractors, overhead.
• Prepare customer invoices and assist with purchase orders per contracts.
• Generate financial reports: P&L, variance analysis, cash flow forecasts.
