Job summary

Pavilion Construction in Reno, NV, is seeking a detail-oriented Project Accountant to support the financial management of construction projects, collaborating with Project Managers, Operations, and Accounting to ensure accurate billings, cost monitoring, and timely reporting.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of construction accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Viewpoint or equivalent software.

Qualifications

Three or more years of construction project accounting experience or a related degree.
Understanding of project billing, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and Adobe software.
Experience with Viewpoint construction management software preferred.
Experience with Textura Payment Management preferred.

Responsibilities

Project Billing & Financial Reporting: prepare and submit monthly project pay applications, manage GMP billings, prepare WIP reports, and review project performance with PMs.
