Job Details

What You’ll Do

• Review and process subcontractor and Owner AIA Pay Applications
• Issue subcontracts and change orders
• Manage accounts receivable and subcontractor payments
• Track job costing, lien waivers, and insurance compliance
• Audit project accounting to monitor financial performance
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies or overruns
• Maintain clear and organized financial records
• Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Solid bookkeeping and math skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities across several teams
• Experience with QuickBooks, Excel, Word, Teams, and Adobe Acrobat
• Familiarity with cost tracking, allocations, and financial reporting
• Prior experience with AIA-style construction accounting strongly preferred
