Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of telecom, construction, electronics, and technical experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent from an accredited four-year with a major in Business or Engineering preferred.
• Advanced computer experience, including use of Microsoft Office; knowledge of project and construction practices.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage market expenses and ensure daily monitoring for high efficiency.
• Profit and loss responsible for the program portfolio.
• Oversight of job scoping, system commissioning and integration, vendor management, and inventory management.
• Determine workforce requirements and establish production schedules.
• Estimate worker hour requirements for each job.
• Enforce safety practices and interpret policies.
• Formulate quality control objectives and KPI’s with market managers.
• Investigate and address quality complaints.
• Recommend improvements to production methods, equipment and quality.
• Motivate workers to meet goals.
• Collaborate with management to share best practices.
