Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with company rules and policies.
• Supervises field staff and subcontractors.
• Oversees quality at each production step.
• Documents procedures and updates.
• Reports day-to-day project and staff performance to management.
• Reviews job scope, signatures, costs, and profitability before starting.
• Coordinates customer communication and sets production dates.
• Maintains production schedule accuracy and profitability.
• Prepares foreman packet with details and coordinates with Project/SalesManagers.
• Ensures change orders are created, signed, and approved for subcontractors.
• Oversees vehicle, tool, and equipment maintenance.
