Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a foreman/manager in construction trades.
• Proven ability to motivate, guide, and direct a team to reach and exceed business goals.

• Drive operational efficiency, productivity and service excellence across all production activities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities
