Job summary

Clark seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects across Central Michigan, coordinating with clients and site teams to deliver on time and within budget.

You will manage scoping, schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications, while partnering with Business Development to pursue new opportunities in the region.

Ideal candidates live in Southeast Michigan area such as Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, Tecumseh, Jackson, Saline or nearby communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and process development skills.
• Solid understanding of construction and engineering operations.
• Proficiency in data automation tools, project management software, and standard business applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain detailed project scopes, schedules, work breakdown structures, and planning assumptions.
• Allocate personnel and materials effectively, ensuring optimal resource utilization to meet project goals.
• Establish and adjust project priorities to meet deadlines and milestones.
• Clearly define roles and responsibilities for all stakeholders and ensure alignment.
• Track and analyze project performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with teams to align resources and maintain cohesive execution.
• Identify and resolve performance issues to maintain momentum and on-time delivery.
• Develop and oversee execution plans including risk management, communication, change control, and QA.
• Conduct regular project assessments and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain transparent communication with clients and leadership to manage expectations.
