Job summary

Clark Construction Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects in Central Michigan. You will oversee multiple active projects, coordinate with clients and teams, and drive project outcomes from start to finish while keeping schedules and budgets on track.

In addition to execution, you will collaborate with Business Development to identify future opportunities in the region and help expand the company's presence in Michigan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and process development skills with track record of effective procedures.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain detailed project scopes, schedules, work breakdown structures, and planning assumptions.
• Collaborate with superintendents and management to allocate personnel and materials to meet project goals.
• Establish and adjust project priorities to meet deadlines and milestones.
• Clearly define roles and responsibilities for all stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams.
• Track and analyze key project performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Work with project teams to align resources and deliverables for cohesive execution.
• Identify and resolve project issues promptly to maintain momentum and on-time delivery.
• Develop and oversee comprehensive execution plans including risk management and QA.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain transparent communication with clients, team members, and leadership.
