System Pavers is seeking a Construction Project Manager in California to oversee installation projects and serve as the main point of contact for homeowners. You will coordinate multiple job sites and crews while ensuring outstanding customer service.

This full-time role offers training, a supportive team, a company truck, a gas card, tablets, and a comprehensive benefits package, with a starting salary around $65,000 plus bonus and commissions.

Qualifications

• 2 years hospitality experience.
• Comfortable with basic geometry and math.
• Experience managing multiple projects & clients at once.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience as a supervisor or project manager managing installation crews.
• Possess excellent communication skills.
• Must be customer service oriented.
• Positive "can do" attitude is critical.
• Valid driver's license meeting company insurance guidelines.
• A background check will be conducted for this position.
