Job summary

International Erosion Control Association in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead ground-up, base building, interior, and renovation projects across the Knoxville region. You will manage preconstruction through delivery for projects ranging from $20M to $350M+.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent technical background.
• 5+ years in construction management, successfully delivering 2–3 projects valued at $20M+.
• Strong expertise in buyout, contract negotiation, scheduling, owner change management, and project cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall contract execution, project schedules, and progress documentation from start to finish.
• Oversee project budgeting, cost monitoring, monthly billing, and complete cost-at-completion analyses.
• Lead trade buyout, negotiate terms, and draft clear subcontracts.
• Direct design changes, manage associated costs, and settle change requests collaboratively with owners.
• Work hand-in-hand with field pros, clients, and consultants to deliver top-tier projects on time.
