Job summary

Gilder Search Group seeks a Construction Project Manager for our national client in Longview, WA, to oversee ground-up commercial and fuel-site projects from preconstruction through closeout. Expect ~50% travel to site locations across the United States.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of construction PM experience in commercial or petroleum projects, supervisory experience, and proven ability to review plans, estimates, and budgets. Base salary: 140k–160k with benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction project management experience in commercial, petroleum, fuel station, convenience store, retail, car wash construction or related contracting.
• Supervisory experience managing teams on ground-up projects.
• Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, budgets, and labor/material costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of commercial construction projects from planning through closeout.
• Oversee ground-up commercial, petroleum, fuel station, convenience store, retail, and car wash projects.
• Review drawings, specs, and estimates to prepare cost and labor estimates.
• Coordinate project development from estimating to construction execution.
• Develop schedules, staffing, equipment, and budgets.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, owners, and designers.
• Coordinate pricing with partners and owners.
• Monitor costs, schedules, and profitability.
• Support client meetings and sales activities as needed.
• Maintain contracts and project records.
• Travel to project sites as required (approx. 50%).
