Job summary

Responsibilities

• Own planning and execution of scopes delivered by on-site crews.
• Serve as liaison between the CM project team, field leadership, foremen, and self‑perform crews.
• Plan and manage self‑perform work with coordination with supers and foremen.
• Develop short-interval plans, look‑ahead schedules, and daily work plans to support field teams.
• Manage scope‑specific RFIs, submittals, and procurement, ensuring materials and tools are ready.
• Monitor labor hours, productivity, and budgets to stay on track and improve efficiency.
