Job summary

Entrusted is seeking a Project Manager Apprentice in West Palm Beach and surrounding areas to support residential reconstruction projects from start to finish. You will work with a Territory Manager to coordinate sites, communicate with clients, contractors, and internal teams, and gain hands-on project management experience as you train toward a Project Manager role.

We offer a structured path with real growth, a base salary of $45,000–$60,000 depending on experience, plus a bonus opportunity

Responsibilities

• Support day to day project execution and job site coordination.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and internal team members.
• Assist with scheduling, timelines, and project milestones.
• Help close out projects, including payments and customer feedback.
• Visit job sites to track progress and solve real time challenges.
• Coordinate with trades, vendors, and internal team members to keep jobs moving.
• Document project updates and maintain accurate records.
• Partner with a Territory Manager for hands-on training and mentorship.
• Other duties may be assigned.
