What We're Looking For

• Licensed MA Journeyman Plumber – Preferred
• 3+ years of residential construction experience – Confident working independently and taking charge
• Experience in new construction plumbing installations – Residential or commercial
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints & plumbing schematics
• Strong communication skills & teamwork mindset
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record
• Comfortable with technology (Apple products & ServiceTitan preferred)

Your Workday

• Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM – Enjoy predictable hours that let you plan your personal life
• Plumbing System Installations – Work on residential and commercial new builds
• Rough & Finish Plumbing – Install piping, fixtures, and water systems from start to finish
• Read & Follow Blueprints – Ensure accurate and code-compliant installations
• Coordinate with Contractors & Team Members – Work efficiently alongside other trades
• Assigned Jobs – From Start to Finish – You are responsible for seeing each assigned project through from beginning to completion, ensuring quality and compliance every step of the way
• Take Ownership of Your Work – Deliver quality craftsmanship with every installation
