About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Construction Planner to develop and manage project schedules for construction projects in East London . This role is essential for ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget by creating realistic, achievable timelines and proactively identifying potential scheduling conflicts or delays. You will work closely with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to coordinate activities and ensure the smooth flow of operations. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of construction sequencing and be proficient in project scheduling software, playing a vital part in the successful execution of projects in the Eastern Cape .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using project management software.
• Coordinate with project teams to gather information on task durations, dependencies, and resource requirements.
• Identify potential scheduling risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely project completion.

Requirements
