We're actively seeking Construction Pipe Laborers in South Ogden, UT to manage and lead the installation, set up and maintenance of water, sewer, and storm sewer pipes and valves.

We are currently offering a limited-time sign-on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license, and sign-on bonuses for new hires without a current CDL license are also available at a reduced amount. New employees who meet the criteria outlined in our sign-on bonus program will be eligible for the full payout.

The starting pay is $20.00-$25.00 per hour depending on experience. We offer 100% fully paid on-the-job training.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with laying pipes, cutting pipes, and bolting pipe fittings together
• Complete valve installations and the maintenance and repair of mains
• Maintain a clean and safe work site
• Perform additional Trenchless labor duties, including:
  • Bypass Set Up
  • Camera Robotics Operation
  • Jetting Sewer Mains
  • Various General Labor tasks
  • Specialized training will be provided in these areas

What We Need:

• Valid driver’s license required with a clean motor vehicle report.
• Proficiency in pipe installation techniques, including proper bedding and backfilling.
• Knowledge of construction plans/blueprints and underground utility installation procedures.
• Strong commitment to safety and strict adherence to safety protocols.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and at different job sites as required.
