STV in New York City is seeking a Project Officer Associate to join the PM/CM group, supporting school construction projects across the city and reporting to a Project Officer or Senior Project Officer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and comfort with digital documentation and permit systems.

Responsibilities

• Review documents for City-required permits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist applicants through filing with City agencies.
• Deliver documentation to city agencies for data entry, review and approval.
• Coordinate with Plan Examiners to ensure compliance with City Building Code.
• Research existing building statuses via city records and databases.
• Perform related duties to support project and department goals.
