Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and validate employee timesheets for accurate hours, pay types, classifications and job costing.
• Identify and resolve missing, duplicate, or incorrect time entries before payroll processing deadlines.
• Assist with payroll processing including new hires, terminations, rate changes and retroactive adjustments.
• Assist with payroll taxes, deductions, benefits, and other earnings per regulations and policy.
• Prepare certified payroll reports for Davis-Bacon Act projects and state requirements.
• Maintain payroll records and respond to inquiries with documentation.
