Job summary

Andrew’s is a growing, multi-division company across Arizona. We’re seeking a Payroll Administrator to own payroll end to end for our workforce of about 270 people across multiple divisions.

This role handles weekly payroll, year-end taxes, Davis-Bacon certified payroll, wage determinations, and close collaboration with HR and accounting. It requires strong Excel skills, independence, and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of payroll experience, ideally in construction or trades.
• Hands-on experience with Davis-Bacon certified payroll reporting.
• Strong knowledge of payroll taxes, year-end processes, and FLSA compliance.
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting and reconciliations.
• Experience with Paylocity or similar payroll systems.
• Discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Run weekly payroll across multiple entities and divisions.
• Handle off-cycles, final pay, bonuses, retro pay, and reimbursements.
• Calculate overtime and prevailing wage/fringe correctly.
• Prepare, maintain, and submit Davis-Bacon certified payroll reports.
• Apply wage determinations and classifications to stay contract-compliant.
• Serve as the payroll go-to resource for employees, managers, and leadership.
• Collaborate with HR, accounting, and division managers.
