Qualifications

• Proven track record in construction and/or transportation is essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
• Organized and self-oriented individual.

Responsibilities

• Collecting and recording weekly certified payroll reports.
• Reviewing and approving subcontractor documents.
• Onboarding new subcontractors and guiding them in payroll submissions.
• Running monthly reports for labor hours tracking.
• Notifying management of significant delays in subcontractor reporting.
• Uploading certified payroll to DIR website as required.
