Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a paralegal or legal secretary in a position involving significant decision making responsible.

• Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
• Good organizational skills.
• Excellent people skills.
• College degree is desirable.
• Paralegal certificate is desirable.
• Knowledge of filing with AAA is desirable.
• Knowledge of 558 Notices is desirable.
• Familiarity with demand letters is desirable.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

MUST HAVE CONSTRUCTION LITIGATION EXPERIENCE

Assists attorneys in performing legal tasks in research, document production and overall legal support to the attorneys' practice.
