Job summary

IEM is seeking a Full-Time Construction Oversight Manager to supervise site monitoring for PRDOH programs in Puerto Rico. The role requires leading a team, reviewing certifications, and ensuring OSHA-aligned health and safety provisions are included in contracts.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in construction management, a Bachelor’s degree, OSHA 30-hour certification, and fluency in English and Spanish. Local PR residency preferred.

Qualifications

• Five years of construction management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (oral and written).
• OSHA 30-hour construction certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to monitor subcontractor construction progress monthly.
• Review payments, change orders, and environmental compliance.
• Prepare reports for the Project Manager based on site visits.
• Provide health and safety feedback based on monitoring results.
• Assist in documenting revisions for contract reviews.
