Qualifications

• Construction operations experience required.

Responsibilities

• Morning check-in to review schedules and confirm deliveries.
• Communicate with homeowners and coordinate updates.
• Midday operations: manage material orders, change orders, and budgets.
• Recruit, schedule, and supervise installation crews.
• Address issues promptly to keep projects on track.
• Daily wrap-up: review progress and plan next steps.
