Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture required.
• 10+ years in engineering/design project management with construction administration experience.
• Experience as designer is a plus.
• Strong estimating, designing and scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design Direction and manage the entire design process from concept to completion.
• Head design meetings across stages from concept to construction documents.
• Coordinate with Preconstruction, Estimating and other departments to deliver effective preconstruction services.
• Collaborate with Project Executive/Manager and lead a design team to achieve project goals.
• Develop contractually aligned design scopes with Designers to meet project requirements.
