Job summary

Envita is seeking a Construction Operations & Project Manager to own the operating system that drives multiple concurrent projects. You will coordinate planning, scheduling, budgeting and stakeholder communication, partnering with the internal licensed contractor on technical scope and field execution.

You will ensure schedules stay on track, risks are identified early, and proposals, bids and changes are managed to protect timelines and costs.

Qualifications

• This role requires at least 7 years of construction project management or related experience.
• Experience coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors is essential.
• Ability to develop detailed project plans, schedules, logs, and executive-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, controls, coordination and escalation across multiple projects.
• Create schedules, track budgets and forecast variances.
• Lead bid management and contractor coordination.
• Ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality and cost controls.
• Maintain proactive client and stakeholder communication throughout.
