Job summary

Balfour Beatty Construction is seeking a Project Manager for the Los Angeles area. The role directs the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a construction project, including contract administration, submittals, procurement, and scheduling to ensure quality and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a BS in Construction Management and 10+ years of commercial construction PM experience, with strong supervisory skills and familiarity with industry software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Ten years or more of commercial construction experience in project management.
• Five years or more of direct supervisory experience related to subcontractor management.
• Experience with project manager software (Constructware, P6, Timberline, etc.).
• Experience with cost projection, financial analysis, budget reviews, labor reports.
• Experience with JD Edwards or similar construction application(s).

Balfour Beatty Construction is seeking a Project Manager for the Los Angeles area. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a construction project. In this position, the incumbent directs and supervises activities related to contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, project financial projections, and schedule requirements to ensure projects are completed with quality, profitable, adhering to our Safety/Zero Harm culture.

The base compensation range for the role of Project Managerin El Segundo, CA posted above is $120,000 to $160,000 annually.
