CHA Consulting, Inc. seeks two Construction Office Engineers to join our Construction Management Team supporting roadway and bridge projects in Riverside and Indio, CA.

You will manage project documentation, schedule tasks, and coordinate with stakeholders to keep initiatives on track. Ideal candidates hold an Associate’s degree in construction or equivalent and have at least two years of project administration experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of project management software.
• Experience with project management tools.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills with close attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Support project managers, resident engineers, and construction teams with day-to-day administrative and coordination activities to keep projects organized and moving forward
• Assist with scheduling, tracking tasks, and monitoring project progress against established goals, timelines, and budgets
• Prepare, organize, and distribute project documentation including reports, meeting minutes, correspondence, and presentations
• Coordinate project meetings by scheduling sessions, preparing agendas, recording minutes, and tracking action items
• Facilitate communication across internal teams, clients, and external partners to support collaboration and alignment
• Help identify potential project risks or issues and support project teams with tracking and resolution efforts
• Maintain accurate project records and ensure documentation aligns with quality standards, policies, and procedures
