Executive Alliance in White Plains, NY is seeking a Construction Mechanical Estimator to join our fast-paced estimating team. You will analyze and price mechanical systems, develop bids, and coordinate with architects, clients, and suppliers to ensure accurate project costs.

You will review plans, perform takeoffs, and prepare comprehensive cost estimates for HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems, while maintaining a focus on accuracy, clarity, and timely submissions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
• Senior Level: ≥5 years of estimating experience.
• Proficient reading plans and comprehensive takeoffs.
• Strong math and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with architects, clients, business development, and operations staff to understand project objectives, schedules, and information.
• Develop hard bids and pricing proposals in response to requests, obtain cost information from subcontractors and suppliers, and collaborate with the team to deliver results.
• Calculate the total cost of materials, labor, equipment, and permits for mechanical construction projects (HVAC, plumbing, piping).
