Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Construction Materials Testing Field Technician to support a long-term project near Kemmerer, Wyoming. The role involves performing density testing of soils and sampling concrete in the field and lab.

You will analyze test data, monitor procedures for compliance with specs, and travel to designated sites as needed. A valid driver's license and 1+ years' related experience are preferred, and per diem is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of related experience on variety of complex projects preferred.
• Certifications might include ICC soils, ACI concrete, ICC concrete reinforcing steel, and ICC masonry.

Responsibilities

• Perform density testing of soils.
• Sample and test concrete in the field and lab.
• Analyze testing data to check accuracy and reasonableness of testing data.
• Monitor work procedures for compliance with project specifications.
