Qualifications

• 3–5 years in the construction industry.
• 2 years of technical support for building materials.
• Fluency in a second language preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical service to architects, contractors, and distributors on material selection.
• Review blueprints and specs to advise on materials.
• Draft specifications and details for professionals.
• Prepare technical literature for architects and engineers.
• Conduct seminars for industry professionals.
• Handle customer service issues diplomatically.
• Identify leads for sales team.
