Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a technical service representative to support the installation and use of physical building materials. Candidates should have 3-5 years in the construction industry, experience in technical support, and knowledge of various building practices.

The ideal candidate will provide technical services to architects and contractors, review blueprints, and conduct seminars. This role requires physical strength for lifting, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in construction industry.
• 2 years in technical support of a building material or product preferred.
• Physical strength to lift and carry minimum of 50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical service to architects, contractors, and distributors.
• Review architectural blueprints and details for correct material selection.
• Conduct seminars for architects, distributors, and contractors.

Skills

Technical service experience

Knowledge of construction practices and materials

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office

Fluency in a second language

Technical communication and presentation abilities

Education

High School Diploma; Degree preferred
