Job summary

LATICRETE International is looking for an experienced candidate to provide technical service for architects and contractors in the construction industry. The ideal applicant will have a strong technical background, more than three years of experience in the industry, and be able to communicate effectively both in English and a second language.

This role involves reviewing blueprints, conducting seminars, and assisting with material selection for projects. Candidates should be able to lift at least 50 pounds and have knowledge of the company's products and competitive materials.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in the construction industry.
• 2 years in technical support of a building material or product preferred.
• Physical strength to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical service to architects and contractors.
• Review architectural blueprints and specifications.
• Draft specifications and documents for construction professionals.

Skills

Technical communication and presentation abilities

Knowledge of architecture and construction practices

Fluency in a second language

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
