What You'll Do

ECS Limited offers a unique opportunity for a talented Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Staff Project Manager I to join our Moorestown field services team and grow in a dynamic environment. No experience is required; you'll learn how to manage various projects under the guidance of senior staff.

Responsibilities

1. Support management of construction materials testing projects, including report review, collaboration with senior staff, issue resolution, and training field staff.
2. Manage project budgets, prepare invoices, change orders, and assist with collections.
3. Assist in preparing project proposals.
4. Perform or assist with laboratory testing, soil classification, testing of soils, foundations, concrete, masonry, steel, fireproofing, and asphalt as needed.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• No experience necessary.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering and Management, Materials Science Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Geology. (Note: Construction Management and certain Technology degrees may not qualify.)
• Valid driver's license and insurance.
• Willingness to obtain advanced licensure (EIT, PE, etc.).
• Interest in project management, consulting, and business development.
• Strong communication skills.
• Understanding of heavy construction safety practices.
• Knowledge of CMT principles and ASTM standards.
• Ability to work effectively with clients, peers, and supervisors.
