Job summary

The role involves data collection, analysis, and adherence to safety protocols in the lab. You will develop expertise in lab testing, maintain equipment, and support project teams while complying with quality and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; detail-oriented with strong recordkeeping.
• Ability to work safely and adhere to site/lab safety protocols; willingness to perform manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills for specialized laboratory testing.
• Compile accurate data, reports, and analyses.
• Perform calculations and maintain laboratory instruments per ASTM/AASHTO standards.
• Calibrate testing equipment and maintain calibration records.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and attend safety meetings.
