Job summary

Mullins Mechanical is seeking an experienced Material Helper to support construction sites with material handling, equipment spotting, and general site tasks. You will assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials, while maintaining safe, clean work areas and following company safety protocols.

Candidates should be familiar with common hand tools and power tools, able to lift heavy loads, and possess a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in construction preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Familiar with common manual and power tools and equipment.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds.
• Flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and transport building materials, tools, and equipment to and around the construction site.
• Clear and prepare work areas by removing debris, hazards, and obsolete structures.
• Creating a safe and organized work environment by clearing debris, identifying potential hazards, and ensuring that workspaces are ready for specialized tasks. This proactive maintenance minimizes risks and enhances overall project efficiency.
