Job summary

ECS Group of Companies seeks an experienced engineering leader to manage our Detroit office. As Group Manager, you will oversee engineering projects, staff, business development, and day-to-day operations for the branch.

You will lead multidisciplinary geotechnical and construction materials projects, assemble project teams, manage budgets, and pursue new opportunities through client relationships while promoting a strong safety culture and engineering excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical and managerial experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong business acumen with P&L experience.

Required Education & Certifications

Preferred Education & Certifications

• MS in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited college/university with a concentration in geotechnical engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
