Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is hiring a Delivery Helper for Capitol Materials Coastal, Conway, SC.

The role focuses on loading, locating job sites, backing up, preparing and restoring the site, and getting the truck ready for the next day. Responsibilities include complying with OSHA/DOT safety rules, performing pre-trip inspections, unloading and delivering materials, securing loads, and navigating to job sites.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and communicate information accurately.
• Stamina to lift at least 75 lbs. to carry materials.

Responsibilities

• Compliance with company, state and federal guidelines, particularly OSHA and DOT for safety of all personnel.
• Perform pre-trip inspections of equipment, paperwork and loaded product to ensure accuracy of order.
• Safely unload product and deliver to assigned area as directed by the customer.
• Secures mud, equipment, metal, and pallet on truck.
• Navigates routes to the job site.
